We are a family run UK Manufacturer of Bias Binding, or Bias Tape as it is sometimes known, and Bias PVC. Established since 1976 we produce a variety of Tape and Binding used in textiles, home furnishings, shoes and other industries.

We are the leading UK Manufacturers of Bias & Straight Cut fabric Binding, Bias Tape, Bias PVC, Leather and PU/PVC Strappings and Trimmings, Piping Cord and Cut Shapes. Essentially, we make a wide range of trimmings products from a wide range of materials.

Keith Stevens started out with 1 sewing machine in his garage over 40 years ago and grew his business over the years. Now a long established family company we are proud to be continuing to produce quality Bias Binding and Trimmings to supply throughout the industry on a much larger scale! Everything we produce is made here in our UK based factory.

We are committed to supplying these as a bespoke service in various styles such as Straight Cut, Flat and Folded, with Fusible if required, Bias Piping, with other styles are Rouleau, Shell Edge, Plaiting,  to see our range of styles click on the “Bias Binding” & “Leather & Leatherette” gallery.

Our main fabric qualities in plain dyed colours include, 100% Woven Cotton, Polycotton, Polyester Satin, Knitted Polyester, Chrome Bovine Leather, Suede, PU or Bias PVC. Other specifications can be supplied. Customers can supply their own material to be converted.

Binding strips are cut to 45 degrees bias to give stretch when used on such things as clothing or soft furnishings. Companies today require a variety of widths and styles. K Stevens has many years in perfecting this craft.

To add to our manufacturing catalogue we also produce Piping Cord. Our Piping Cord can be purchased by itself, or used inside trimming. Our Piping Cord can be supplied individually to various diameters, in qualities Polyester or Polypropelene, or as Bias Piping, Leather Binding, Strapping and Trimmings.
